    i don't have a mac. Only Windows. Used a windows program (macdrive) to format to Hfs+. Windows now will only regocnize the hdd if I have macdrive installed and doesn't seem to want to format it. And it is already blank. I'm sure If I had a MacOS this would be easier.

    Install was easy... Of course my luck, the first game I tried was Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2, one of the few games that doesn't work (didn't know there was an incompatibility list). I didn't find that out until 20 minutes later of pulling my hair out trying to get it to work.

    and if you really want really really fast d/l you will just subscribe to a newsgroup provider.. whatever your max d/l speed is.. thats how fast you d/l. only draw back is it costs around $11 a month.
