I also had a solderless chip for the OG Xbox and if they are installed in a similar manner on the Switch I would be very wary of a solderless solution. Of course everything in the Switch is probably held together so tightly there may be no chance for the chip to be jostled and mess up the...- mwhite67

Hacking I have an itch to get a 3DS, Advice!!!
I got one. I think the 3D is cool. I'd recommend it. There's not much out for it, but it will be fun to pick up all the new games day one. If you can't afford it thoug it wouldn't hurt to wait. Just depends on how much disposable income you have.- mwhite67
