    Homebrew updating from 9.9 to 10.3n with safesysupdater. gets error

    Hi guys I recently bought a 9.9 Eur New 3DS XL. I am trying to update to 10.3, and then downgrade to 9.2. I downloaded the cia files from ISO site, aslo tried the FTP B spamming trick. It still fails at Update integrity Check. Any solution? thanks
