Homebrew updating from 9.9 to 10.3n with safesysupdater. gets error

Hi guys
I recently bought a 9.9 Eur New 3DS XL. I am trying to update to 10.3, and then downgrade to 9.2. I downloaded the cia files from ISO site, aslo tried the FTP B spamming trick. It still fails at Update integrity Check. Any solution?

Just downgrade. It works on 9.9

That's a rumor. I've downgraded 10.1 and 9.9. They all have the same chance to freeze/brick/etc

Plus, who's to say it won't freeze during the update to 10.3?

HOME MENU BOOTED, i went to system settings to check the version and it freezes

You have a partial downgrade. Does the browser still work? If so you can use it to complete the downgrade. If not you will need OoT/Cubic Ninja/Sm4sh to get into HBL.

Yes, try that first. If that doesn't work you may need to update to 10.3 and re-downgrade from scratch. Did you get any errors during the downgrade?

The "SAFE" one is more likely to fail!

I see. Starting the downgrade again with the same pack should allow it to finish installing the titles then.

DAAAMN AFTER 2 HOURS seems ok now. I am installing emunand, but still not 100% sure
