Hacking Boot Loop with HDD - Xbox 360 Slim RGH

I made a thread recently about an early dashboard Slim - well I've updated it and it works! Kind of... This is a different issue so I thought a separate thread would make more sense. Simply put - when I turn on the console with a hard drive inserted, I get a boot loop: no image, ring of light...

Hacking Dashboard 9199 Xbox 360 Slim

I'm amazed as well - there's no evidence that this thing was ever connected to the internet... Thanks for your input as always :) I do have a glitch board to install on it, so I'll just do that! I just wanted to check, since I know how uncommon lower firmware 360s are. I'd read about the...

Hacking Dashboard 9199 Xbox 360 Slim

Hey guys, I got an ex-review Trinity Xbox 360 unit from a magazine company; clean internals, barely used. I powered it on for a test, and low and behold it still had an old dash! Sadly it's version 9199, which, as I understand it, doesn't really help me too much, as it still means I'll need to...

    Hacking JR Programmer Woes

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I have tried all of this already! I think I will probably sell it as "not working" to someone who might be able to get it working on their PC, or fix whatever is wrong on it. The NAND-X has been serving me well, and has just helped me RGH another console :)

    Hacking JR Programmer Woes

Okay, final update hopefully - I got a NAND-X programmer from chipchopmod.co.uk - no hiccups using that whatsoever. It was a little tricky finding the NAND-X drivers, which are known as nandpro_20d - I eventually managed to find them so I put a download link to that here for anyone else who may...

Hacking Trinity USB Memory Addon QSB

    Hacking JR Programmer Woes

I was using v0.8 on Win7 - 3.0 was crashing every time I opened it, so before I gave up I tried 0.8 - still no luck unfortunately. NAND-X is on the way, hopefully that will be a different story.

Hacking Trinity USB Memory Addon QSB

I'm currently looking for guides for this exact mod. I know I'm a year late to your post but still - chipchopmod,co,uk sell them and I'm considering buying if I can find out more about the mod.

    Hacking JR Programmer Woes

@DinohScene Okay well I went the the tedium of doing a fresh install of Windows 7 32 Bit and finding a compatible version of J-Runner. Exactly the same thing. Only recognizes it as a bootloader and never shows a green light. Do you have any further advice?

    Hacking JR Programmer Woes

Hi Guys, I'm kinda tearing what little hair I have left out over this - please tell me there's a silly step I've missed somewhere. I can't get a green light from my JR Programmer V2, regardless of the configuration of the switches. For redundancy, I'll add a picture of the model I'm using...

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
