    I tried this for the first time, loading the retroarch elf from the latest nightly, and I just got a black screen :( also whats a good way to edit the cfg file? Everything's all bunched together in notepad. All I want to do is see if this supports RetroAchievements yet.

    Yeah. You can set Renderscale to 2 and then it will render DS games at twice the rendering resolution (I have no idea how to explain that correctly.) It makes games with 3D polygons, like Super Mario 64 DS or the agents in Elite Beat Agents etc., look better.
