However though, to clarify, to get CFW on your N3DS using your O3DS, you will need to do system transfer at some point, so heads up.

idk if the system transfer is possible. but first, when i had check the cfw of my old 3ds i have to update the cfw from the homebrew or waht. Seriouslly i have no idea how to do it. To explain i have a cfw before on that 3ds and i was not able to update so i delete all the sd contenet and the firmware and i re-do a cfw again from zero XD

btw my old3ds is at 11.2.0-35E. was at 9-something when i cfw it for the first time XD btw where can i see the name of my cfw? On 3ds guide the site says me that for my 3ds versione to use soundhax but i m sure that i havent do with soundhax so i must had use another method. if i watch on my sd card i see a Luma folders so maybe is that but idk the way to update my system and cfw without broke everything ahaha

How did you get CFW on your O3DS? Where did you get the files from? Which CFW did you install exactly? It would be helpful if you could answer those... Also, Soundhax is simply one of the countless ways to access the homebrew launcher in the older firmwares. ANY method to access it would work and Soundhax is not that old. If you are on 11.2, just follow the guide normally and you are good to go!

I dont remember. I just remember that i follow a guide on 3ds guide for version 11.2 but it was not with app or games, i just put some files on sd and it s done XD I think my cfw is Luma because i have a foulder on sd with that name but idk the specific version of luma.

I seriously need help here xD

Then just check the root directory of the SD card, if there's a folder named Luma, you got Luma, simple as that!:P However, if you only put files on the SD, then you most likely only have homebrew launcher, not actual CFW!

Test that by pressing and holding select when turning on the 3DS, then same but with start. If you get an options menu on one and an app that offers a file browser on the other then you got CFW, if not, you simply have homebrew, but if you are on 11.2, just follow the steps on 3ds.guide for that version and you are good to go.

Let me know how the select and then the start when booting test goes first though so I tell you with more certainty...

Good, then you have Luma. That's a good start, but does the Start button load up GodMode9 or any app at all? I'll tell you what to do to get to the latest CFW if you want me to, then you can do system transfer with a small twist to get CFW on your N3DS too! First you need to update to Luma 7 (not sure, latest version that doesn't require B9S, then you install B9S and get the latest Luma (8.1).

Look, it's really long to post here and all, so you should just make a thread asking for the steps needed... Basically you need to go from 6.6 to 7.0.5, then replace Hourglass9 with GodMode9, then install boot9strap and finally installing Luma 8.1 if you want to be on the latest custom firmware and free to update whenever you want without problems (go on 11.6 so you can access eshop and stuff).

For now, just make a thread asking for help going from 6.6 to 7.0.5, after that the 3ds.guide page has all the steps you need!
PS: No need to keep liking my comments you know:P

Btw they told me to update with the a9lh to bs9 guide even if i have Luma 6.6. Since you know more stuff than me about this, can you confirm that i can do this following the 3ds guide about a9lh to bs9?

You CAN without updating, but you may have compatibility issues with GodMode9 and a Luma version that old... Look, go to the Luma folder on the SD card, go to payloads and tell me if you see HourGlass9 and any other stuff in there, tell me exactly what you see. I'll tell you how to switch to GM9 and from which point and on to follow the guide exactly.
