Hey with your 2ds when u turn it on hold start button or x I forget which. Try each one, hold button down then power on. Just out of curiosity if decrypt9 or hourglass9 will load. Not sure if it works after u do safe/fasthax or if it's not til after arm9 install. If u can get into ether u can restore ur nand from there
