If the downloaded program is 32bit, you are most likely using an outdated version of Windows (this happened to me on XP)

What .NET framework do you have? I used 4.5.2 for FEFTwiddler, which is a pretty recent version that may not work on older versions of Windows.

While I'm not going to lower the .NET framework version on the program and limit what I can do with it in the future, I will say that right now, it can be compiled for .NET 4.0.
If you want to, you can get Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition (it runs on XP, I believe), download the source, switch the framework version on the project, and compile your own copy.
