no mate. i dont know why, but if you search some on forums you can find messages, where wrote that's everything works correctly. if i move everything from usb to sd card retroarch will work, but my sd card so slow and i need wait 30 sec for loading everything. thats bad idea. i tested another eway - moved plugins folder only on sd card, in ini file changed path. retroarch not works correctly in this way too
