You can actually get ARM Windows laptops nowadays if battery life and quiet running are most important to you. I personally have the HP OmniBook X14, and it works well. Most of the apps I use have native ARM builds, but those that don’t will still run via a translation layer.

@Scarlet i use an HP Elitebook 8460p as ive said before...its, i mean its really sort of reliable. but id need to upgrade its ram and cpu which might cost more then the laptop itself
