If it's prohibited, then people will either be forced to repress it (great job tormenting people, asshats) or do it in secret (which just adds more stress). Neither's great.
Just let people do it if they want to; it's literally not affecting the people against it in any way, so why be against it?

Banning words is dumb, as there'll always be ways around it, and it just reeks of censorship.
Banning sexual leanings is also dumb, as that's part of a person's identity, and banning it is literally unhealthy.
