Do you mean maybe a pizza? My favorite is the "quattro stagioni" (four seasons), which as you can imagine is full of grilled vegetables of all kinds.

What did you want to know about meat? I eat the bare minimum. Mostly white meat (chicken, turkey, rabbit): red meat is very expensive here, and I eat it even more rarely (veal). How about you?

For pizza it is buffalo mozzarella. Then we have Groviera, Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, spicy Provolone, Gorgonzola, Fontina, Asiago: these are my favorites. We have hundreds of them.
