All four! My tongue was feeling quite stiff for a while, but that's cleared up now. It's just my lower lip that tingles, as of now. Might be in actual pain later, though.

Did just take Nurofen Zafance (a type of ibuprofen tablet), though, to put off the pain for a while hopefully.
