Wait...Manson was just "accused" of abuse? Did they have any, I dunno, evidence to back their claims up (and each claim should be investigated and considered separately - numbers alone don't necessarily help prove anything), or was it just online dogpiling on him?
Why not take it to the police instead of posting it online?

I always roll my eyes at online accusations, since they never uphold the presumption of innocence, nor do they allow the accused to defend himself (it's almost always "him"self, unfortunately). Ergo, they're annoying and worthless - if not *actively harmful*.

Ask the abuse victim, she was there. That's proof enough.

@Jayro And you could ask me if I was at Longueville Hotel ten months ago and consider that "proof" I was indeed abused by, say, my mother.
That doesn't compute; that's just taking my word for it. If I could show you receipts from the pub there at the time, photos of bruises or whatnot (that weren't edited) and the pub's CCTV footage, then that would be "proof".

None of that happened to me; that was just an example - and VERY FEW of these stupid online accusations have ANY of that stuff, and should thus be rightfully viewed with doubt in order to uphold the presumption of innocence.
It shouldn't be up to the defense to prove their innocence; it's up to the prosecution to prove guilt beyond any reasonable doubt. That doesn't happen with these idiotic online accusations.
