Oh yes definitely, but my device is ancient software wise and doesn't have any kind of third party support. I just fixed it by rooting it through Kingroot and moving stuff to the so called "SD Card" and it worked. Thanks though.

Oh okay.... maybe you could try to get Team Win recovery(?) and find a rom for the device.... idk just throwing things into the wind
