15 second flood control is VERY reasonable ... almost TOO reasonable. Just another reason to love GBAtemp.

Mayeb we should stop people from making multiple topics on the same subject every week. (What GBA release are you looking forward too, etc). The less of the same topics, the less traffic going to each copy.
