hi,
moving from switch to NS2.
i have wii u pro controller which was working fine with NS1 running CFW.
as this controller has been rarely used i want to use this with my Switch 2,, how do i use it with NS2, don't want to spend money on NS2 pro controller.

i have also got XBOX -x wireless controllers and Xbox usb adapter with which i can play on my PC.
is there any way i can use Xbox - x wireless controllers on NS2.

Are there any good compatible wireless controller which you recommend to use with NS2.

Thanks

What you were able to do with the Xbox and Wii U controllers on S1 was only possible because of CFW. Since the S2 isn't cracked (and won't ever be), it is impossible to use these controllers with the S2. The good news is that the S2 Pro controller is the best controller Nintendo has ever made.

Brook make converters that let you use Xbox controllers, among others, on Switch: https://www.brookaccessory.com/SW_Converters/list.html
This one even adds gyro: https://www.brookaccessory.com/products/Xone-adapter-series/xone-se.html

Not sure whether Brook support Wii U procon on Switch, but Mayflash do, e.g. their top-of-the-line dongle: https://www.mayflash.com/product/magic_s_ultimate.html. Look on their site - it's possible one of their cheaper dongles will work.

NS1 pro controllers work just fine on Switch 2, you just don't get the chat button.

Up until I got a new Pro2 controller at a flea market for 1/2 retail price I was using the Switch 1 pro controller since day one and had no problem, it just links up as seamlessly as the original. As it is, I'm glad I didn't pay more for the model2 controller because I have had zero use for those 2 new grip control buttons, not sure why they're there or for what use I'd care about.

The pro2 controller does feel a bit nicer though, maybe works a little nicer if that's not just other peoples projection online I read about.

Most YouTubers I have seen actually prefer the Wii U Pro Controller over the Switch Pro Controller and even the Switch 2 Pro Controller. Ryukahr also made a video discussing the flaws of the original Switch Pro Controller, and some of those issues are even worse on the Pro 2.

The Wii U Pro Controller can be connected quite easily with a dongle. However, if you do not want to buy an additional adapter, I would simply get the original Switch Pro Controller if you can find it for a good price.

I definitely don't. The Switch Pro Controller with Xbox-style sticks is the best thing I've ever held in my hands.
