METAL GEAR SOLID 4: Guns of the Patriots

Yay! this will be my first thread! Hooray! :grog:

I will update more as i progress but feel free to contribute or share your findings! Thanks in advance, I will make sure to credit it to the rightful authors!

UPDATE:

31/8/2026

added Debrin Points, inf stun knife, inf battery, inf suppressor, ZERO Alert and kill score, modified some codes for best result!

added max camo by @Gamerjin (checkout his useful pointers for specific weapons and items HERE

7/9/2026

added One hit kill and One hit Knock Out, improved inf hp (should eliminate all damage reduction to snake), fast charge railgun, eternal sleep (enemies put on sleep will not wake up no matter what as long as this code is activated)

9/9/2026

added zero score for continue and life recovery items used,
updated the OHK (you can now instant kill a gekko, tanks (using piercing bullet), and beauty & the beast boss 1st and 2nd fight except laughing octopus due to lock events but you can fast kill it)
updated OHKO (in b&b 2nd boss fight you can now instant drain their stamina)

18/9/2026 FINAL

updated OHK, you can now fast kill Vampire, MG Rey, BB wolf, BB mantis and its puppets, fast beat liquid aswell!
added MG Rex inf hp, meryl inf hp(during mantis fight), zero total play game score
Fix code names to its final release.
NOTE: OHK for PMC and Frog Soldiers also affect the Rat Patrol Team 01 better use the OHKO when escaping with them.

60Fps is also available by @masagrator 's FPSLocker

Always loved the irony the Mk2 has stealth camo and Otacon couldn't think to make the solid eye have stealth camo.

If u dont mind can u add cheat,
1. invincible enemy/gecko cant see.
2. inf/invincible for meryl group (cause im failed mission on act 1 difficult big boss extreme)
3. Instant kill/OHK

1. the 100% camo by gamerjin works with the gecko aswell just remove/unequip the solid eye since it produces sound.
2. its hard to find unknown values if there is no gauge or indication given. sorry cant do that.. its beyond my expertise..

yes provided that somebody uploaded it to their database.. i believe its already available in AIO cheatslips

I tke a look but aio insisted no cheat found for this build id. And i tried manually also no cheats showed up. I maxe sure the path was atmosphere/content/titleid/cheat/buildid.text. any suggestion greatly appreciated

i dont know how i can help you with that limited info you just gave, it would be better if you can provide a complete details such as title id, build id or region of your game etc..

My bad i'm sorry. The bid and tid are the same as the one you posted. I only installed the game mgs4 from the nsp i downloaded. Is it not working cause i dont install the game fully? (Including peace walker and the bonus content)

did you try to rename the last number in content folder names 0100D0B01C4F4002 like this one.. mine is jp so i renamed it to 0001 instead of 0000 or 0002
