Hacking ROM Hack System settings and Roms not launching

Hey! On my Old 3ds I noticed today that my System settings wont Launch and the Logo shows then I get a Black Screen and it wont Launch...The Same is with my Twilight Menu Plus or Roms they just get a Black Screen. Stuff like FBI Honebrew Gm9 runs though even game Runs which is weird...This Problem occured after I installed some Pk Plugin and suddenly these 2 stopped working I tried alot but u ran out of Ideas to fix it Maybe somebody here has a Idea on what to do

Well, gee whiz, have you considered uninstalling the plugin?

Also, don't you think it would help if you were more specific about what you installed rather than referring to "some Pk plugin"?

If you're not going to give more details, then people are probably just going to suggest things you've already tried, and that will be a waste of time for everyone.

Remove your SD card and then try launching System Settings. If that works, and you've already tried uninstalling the plugins, then evidently you haven't uninstalled the plugins properly.

Sorry, I'm pretty new to 3DS modding and my English isn't very good.

After thinking about it more, I can't actually confirm that the plugin caused the problem. It just happened on the same day, so it may only be a coincidence

The plugin I installed was the Pokémon ORAS NTR plugin (.plg) by Knoxzy and Serkan. After the issue started, I removed the plugin files, tried a fresh Luma boot.firm removed all plugins, and even tested booting without the SD card, but the problem remained.

System Settings still shows the Nintendo 3DS logo and then hangs on a black screen. TWiLight Menu++ instantly black screens. However, GodMode9, FBI, and Games work all normally only these 2 Are having trouble to Launch

If there's any other information or logs that would help, please let me know and I'll provide them.

Don't try any of the other steps yet; just try Section IV.

Thanks, i will try Section IV. One thing though my System Settings itself hangs after the Nintendo 3DS logo, so I can't reach Nintendo DS Profile. Should I skip directly to the ctrcheck/NVRAM steps?

First step is going into system settings...Since I cannot open them should I just go to Part 2? Since Part 1 is not possible for me...
