I am looking to spend under $100. I just got a new TCL QM7K, and while my current HDMI adapter looks good, I think it could be much better

ElectronPulse by Electron Shepherd seems pretty clean and responsive for analog-to-digital HDMI. If you want something more than 480p, you need to start looking at upscalers.

I don't know if it's the best but it's fairly cheap and works really nice, can go 2x and smoothing, and it's a retroscaler cost me like $40-50. It's less on aliexpress and the company even has its own account on there too, not just the pirates, so you can ship it from the US and not wait awhile going overseas.
