Sonic Racing Crossworlds Savedata with free dlc unlocked

Anyone got a save file with the newest DLC characters unlocked (Avatar and TMNT, including the new stages) ? Seen some people w them unlocked already but don't know how. The DLC unlockers haven't been working
 
Anyone have a save file with arale red with there cars i think no one dump that save and thank you btw and if possible it could bé with the spin dash gadget pls and one question how do you do to get those characters

Could anyone share a full save for switch?

I got dlc packs and update 1.41 but almost %0 characters still locked in my game ^^'
