Hacking Hardware Homebrew newer super mario bros wii unable to read the disc

I'm having a trouble when I try to play Newer Super Mario Bros Wii on my Wii. I did all the steps on the Newer site, but when I try to launch the with Riivolution, the game start normally but after the screen of Hold down the remote on the sideways, I have a black screen with this: unable to read the disc check the wii operations manual for help troubleshooting.
This happens only with Riivolution, if I run the game normally it works, also If I try to open Newer, I have its modifed graphics, so is a Newer problem

All I can think of is that the Newer patch is trying to read something from the disc the normal game doesn't, and fialing to read it. Which is strange, but again, all I could think of. I would do a read-only verify of your disc using CleanRip 2.4 to rule that out
