Hello, I was thinking, if a ps4 has no firmware on the hdd it takes it from the internet but what if the ps4 is not connected to the internet, then what happens?.

I'm just asking bc i don't have enough equipment to try it myself.

If anyone has any real methods or ideas i will be reading any responses.

Then you will have to reinstall the system software, using a version of the software equal to or newer than the current firmware on the PS4's flash chip.

It is not possible to downgrade a PS4.

There's the possibility to downgrade, not to the FW the user wants, but the previous FW it was on.

This of course isn't something most people can do unless they have the skill to.

Skipping that, OP... You'll just have to reinstall the current FW it has and wait for a hack if you want.
