We never saw an direct mention of Susie, she pretends to call her parents in Chapter 2 and says the 1st thing she ate in Chapter 1 was chalk. Some say thet Susie's parents negligenciate her, but what if they're dead?

Nice theory, I believe that Susie does have parents (or maybe only a dad?) but they just don't care about her much... There's a scene in Chapter 3 I believe (might be Chapter 4 though) where if you go to the apartment building she says "Let's go to your house Kris" I think. That says that she'd rather go to Kris's house than (possibly) hers, which is... odd.
