Are you excited for GTA6 and are you going to buy it upon release?

TBH the trailers look pretty good, lots of action and probably a good storyline. But the price......ffs, It's going to be cracked soon after it comes out so may as well play it on a steam machine if you're going to get one. With the price of games being so high it's going to be worthwhile buying a steam machine and playing cracked games on, by the time you would have bought a few games you're basically going to get your money back on the initial outlay and you can always sell it anytime you want.

i agree, the price is just to high. I will wait for a price drop that is for sure.

You'll be able to get it from fitgirl-repacks or from file sharing sites long before you see a price drop. So if you've got a decent PC or thinking about getting the steam machine you'll probably be better/faster playing on that rather than a console (which are dying in my opinion).

I don't play on PC (since 2001). I like the simplicity of a console. So i guess i will only be playing GTA 6 in 2028 when i can get my hands on a used copy.

Edit: The only way consoles will die is if they continue to increase the prices. A lot of people just like the convenience of turn on and play.
Or if Valve starts to offer SteamOS for open hardware. Now that would be a game changer. Also f*ck MicroSlop and Windows .

But Steam machine is a console or PC depending on how you want to use it and sits under your TV just like a console. The only difference between a console and computer is the OS installed on it and the controller used. Steam Machine can dual boot if you want and have Steam OS/Android/Linux/Windows and you can use lots of different contollers with it. People only really bought consoles years ago because you knew when you bought a game it was going to work without updating your graphics card or ram, with the Steam Machine pretty much all games can run on it, along with many emulators, it should be much better than any console and far more versatile and play thousands of more games than any console and the games are cheaper or free. SteamOS is open, you can install it just now on your computer if you have one.

If she engaged in more critical thinking then she wouldn't be such a proud female supporter of The Misogynist Party 🤷
can we please stick to gaming. you people who try to bring everything to political talk or if someone makes a comment about the game that gives an opinion that you feel is political devolving into throwing poo at each other over politics suck. both sides. back in the day people had thick enough skin to just let people be themselves and stick to expressing their opinion on the topic at hand.

not bringing every single opinion into a political opinion pissing match.

if were going to do that then everything can be subject to name calling because who agrees 100% on everything? no one thats interesting. only sheep agree 100%

Definetely day one. I've played every GTA near release since the first one.

It's more of an event than a game at this point and a significant point in pop culture.

That and the online mode - though I don't think that will be released for a while after the campaign.
