I bought an used Switch OLED with the intention of modding it with a Picofly. But I discovered that someone had already tried to do that. There was a Picofly installed, but it still only booted into the OFW. I tried booting it again, and it flashed short-long-long. According to this, it seems to be an issue with the CLK connection.

So I desoldered the fpc cable and discovered this. Do you think it's possible to save?

it's kinda hard to see, I can see the clk trace exposed , did the trace copper trace get scrapped off?!!, If so. . .you gotta use jump wire

also clean that solder around the screw hole, grounding it can also throw an error

It is tricky buy you need to solder a wire to the point marked with brown. and solder to the via marked with orange, the continuity must be kept. then you can use the wire to solder the correspondent wire of the picofly.
Micro soldering skills are needed, also a good welder tip and a decent microscope, if you do not have it a phone repair shop can help you.
when finished use UV mask to kept everything nite.
