hello im wondering if some one could teach me how to make codes to freeze cooldown timers as im trying to freeze the shout gauge in skyrim anniversary edition for switch thank you to anyone willing to help me
The restoration potion loop glitch can let you make insanely powerful potions - and the Fortify Restoration effect (note only applies to the Potion effect version. Armor enchants by the same name only reduce mana cost of restoration school spells) will affect the strength of equipment enchantments (abused in the loop to strengthen Fortify Alchemy effects to cause the loop's effects to increase exponentially) when equipped, so you only need to reach an strength of about 2000% or more on Fortify restoration and equip a Amulet of Talos to reach 100%+ cooldown reduction on shouts, eliminating the cooldown entirely (amplified enchantment effects buffed by Restoration Potions will keep their increased effects active even if the option wears off and only remove the effect when unequipped - so just never unequip the amulet of talos and the effect will stay active).

its more about getting the multipliers right and reaching a certain Alchemy level/taking certain perks. generally you need 4 decently high Alchemy enchants on armor pieces (might be possible with less, but depends on the percentage buffs. you can cycle stock at most "general store" type shops to find one to disenchant by quicksaving, punching the merchant, then quickloading). You may also want to pick up some other enchants while you're at it like Smithing, Unarmed (from the Gloves of the Pugilist found in Riften's sewers), Fortify Destruction (the version with magicka regen form certain robes may useful depending), and Fortify Sneak/Carryweight/Pickpocket/Lockpick - then make your own Fortify Enchanting gear for all 4 possible quipment slots with a resonantly high strength (aim for 15%-20% which will generally require Grand size soul gems), get a level or two of the Alchemy perk that buffs positive effects (as well as the one at the bottom of the tree that improves alchemy results in general) which iirc is all possible around level 40 or so (you can make moderately high value potions to get thee with Wheat, one of the small fish - probably Cyrodilic Spadetail, and Giant's Toe).

Once you pass the "critical point" the loop is using Salt Pile with ONLY ONE of two specific small fish (Abecean Longfin or Cyrodilic Spadetail) to make a single restoration potion, drink it, then unequip and re-equip your fortify alchamy gear to increase their effect strength before repeating the process. After a few cycles you should start making exponentially stronger effects (if not, load a save form before bc you don't have high enough multipliers to start the cascade yet), but be sure to stop before you get into the millions or you may crash the game in a later step. Once you're in the 200k-500k range, craft an Enchanting potion or three using Snowberries + Blue Butterfly Wings and "cash out" by enchanting one strong Fortify Alchemy piece (to use later to jump-start the loop if you need it again - or jsut to make a quick high percentage potion to let you re-equip items that cannot be disenchanted but have effects you want multiplied - like an amulet of talos that got removed via a scripted event like being arested in Markarth) plus anything else you think will be useful:

- Fortify Smithing can be used to hone weapons far beyond their normal limits, letting you make 6-7 digit damage bows/swords/daggers that basically OHKO anything not marked essential (and using only 1 of whatever item is specified for honing. Also works on armor for very high damage resistance when tempering - and both actions will basically instantly level you to 100 in Smithing so you can use it to level/perk farm).

- The 'unique' enchant Fortify Unarmed (only exists naturally on Gloves of the Pugilist, but you can disenchant to learn it and at it to other items) can similarly be used to enchant a ring/gloves/etc. that will make your unarmed damage so high you're basically One Punch Man.

- Foritify Destruction (or any other magic school) will make casting anything of that school free if you pass 100% reduction (the secondary magicka regen won't increase if you get that version iirc, but is still a free double enchant using only one slot).

- Fortify Carryweight can make soemthing to let you basically vacuum up every item you ever find and never have to worry about being overencumbered (unless of course the item is unequipped).

- Fortify Sneak basically makes you undetectable/everyone else blind and unable to notice even if physically bumping into you when sneaking - bar a few actions likedetectign you pickpocketing. Note that the simialr enchant Muffle is always at full strenght and does not need the resto loop to strengthen it (and its not even needed with insanely high Fortify Sneak)

- Fortify Pickpocket can similarly make you [almost] guaranteed to succeed even when taking high value items/large amounts of gold (items scritped to have a 0% chance to steal are unaffected).

- Fortify Lockpicking similarly gets a huge sweetspot even on Master level locks, meaning you almost can't fail to open pickable containers.

For the above high-modifier enchants you make, do not equip them with a high percentage resotration potion in effect as you can overflow the value casing it to apply a negative mdifier instead (the value passes the max positve value and becoems a similarh high nuber - but negative) if not crashing the game entirely. You will, however, want the potions' effects for equipping things like the Amulet of Talos (shout cooldown reduction) that cannot be disenchanted to allow you to enchant it onto new items at a higher level.
