[HELP!] Consistent errors? I can't download anything, or so much as even do DLC contents on games without it just not working...

My 3ds, a Japanese 3ds LL, which has been Region-swapped, and soaped, does not let me download anything! any time i try, i just get the Error code 007-2920 on everything! No matter what is is, whether it be Repairing software, or trying to externally download updates... What is wrong with my 3ds? I know it's not my Wi-fi, I own a currently partially broken US 2ds XL, and it works perfectly fine, and can download stuff... just wanna get Sailornyan, Machonyan, and Robonyan-F on my Bony Spirits File ):

They both cancel automatically right as they start downloading.

Did you do the "soaping" yourself? Can you connect to the eShop directly?

Did you download those from the eShop when the eShop was still active, and are you still using the same NNID?

Because if you didn't, you can't get those now, even though they're supposed to be free.

Well no, but i downloaded the DLC Data from the H-Shop. When my Downloads were working before, a H-Shop downloaded Yo kai watch 2 - Psychic Specters let me download the dlcs from the H-Shop... Not to mention my E-Shop Software repair downloads just straight up not working... But yea, i can connect to E-Shop. and i am using a different one.

I'm not sure that answers my questions..? The game certainly isn't capable of downloading anything from anywhere but the official eShop, unless someone's hacked it.

In any case, why not just download a save editor and add the things you want that way?

Well, I think it might be effecting Mystery Way... i don't know, but i wanna make sure my game is working... Otherwise. I had the Discord Server do the Soap. The main thing im concerned about is the lack of downloading anything, incase it does not let me use Pretendo.

You didn't mention that before. There's no way eShop or anything eShop-related is going to work if you've switched to the Pretendo network.

Oh, i didn't, im saying im scared Pretendo won't work at all if i try to use it because of this issue,
