So a few weeks ago I gave up nicotine, which was easy. You just feel like shit for a few days. I have quit probably five times before, and it's harder the longer it's been going on (this last time, that I'm gonna make the last time, I hadn't been doing it for more than three weeks, still felt down, angry, all those good feelings).

After that I thought the only drug I regularly use is caffeine. So I quit that too, I had headaches which I anticipated... Did not know it would make me lethargic and unmotivated for days though. What a terrible drug, one of the worst IMO.

I'm pro drugs, I think they should all be legal, sold at pharmacies and that taxed drug money should go to schools and healthcare, instead of you know giving the greatest gift ever to criminal gangs/cartels.

I do drink alcohol on occasion, which is a drug of course, responsible for a lot of the bad things in society, like A LOT, I also enjoy smoking weed and my favorite drug in the world is amphetamine. I seldom drink, don't smoke at the moment and I can't buy amphetamine at the moment... So that's why I'm on this high horse, looking down at you for doing all those drugs like caffeine while I'm living a straight edge-life, with the occasional drink. 🤪

I don't drink alcohol or caffeine, smoke anything, take anything, inject anything etc.

That is great. Have you always been abstinent with all drugs? Despite my pro drug belief I think if you can make it throughout the world without it, that has to be the best.

I've quit weed for 2 years, and hard drugs for 3. Was a daily weed smoker for over 20 years. I use to party a lot going to edm shows, raves, and house parties. Did a lot of mdma, ketamine, coke, lsd, shrooms, 2cb. Also tons of alcohol. It lost it's appeal to me and stopped being fun so I quit. Quit cigs 7 years ago although I switched it with vaping nicotine. So now my daily vices are vaping nicotine and a cup of coffee in the morning. I rarely drink, just on special occasions like when I travel out the country. My last drink was 5 months ago. Feels great to be honest

Aside from prescription medication, yes. Never had any interest in drugs, alcohol, or coffee. Who needs an addiction to them when I have video games to be addicted to?

Never did drugs, never tried either. Tried smoking when I was a kid, one smoke was enough for to give up on it. I kinda quit drinking coffee when I was 15 i.e. used to drink more than 3 cups regularly, now it's once a week or once a month. I rarely drink alcohol but when I do it's usually just beer, nothing special. I do drink mint tea regularly, at least once a day. Other than that, I'd say that I'm as "clean" as I can get, I cook my own food and I try to eat as healthy as possible. Now I just need to consume less sugar and salt in my food and exerciser more and I'll be good.

I quit smoking cigs 8 years ago last April. I quit drinking alcohol on a daily basis about 2.5 years ago (I was up to a liter of vodka + a few beers) although I will have a drink every once in a great while. Weed was always my go-to drug of choice. Most recently, I gave it up about 32 days ago; I typically go 6-18 months between binges.

Hi, caffeine addict here. And I drink maybe once or twice a month, if that. And that's it.

I've tried weed in my teens, didn't care for it. Did shrooms twice, 2005 and 2008, and while I really liked them, I'll probably never do them again. But beyond that, I've vowed to never put any hard/manufactured drugs in my system like coke, crack, meth, heroin, fent, salvia, Ketamine, etc. (Hence why the only stuff I've tried is weed and shrooms, which grow in nature.)

As far as my alcohol goes though, I tend to not touch beer at all (BARF!) and stick to either hard ciders, malt beverages, or my favorite drink mix at home:
Equal parts Kahlua, Bailey's, and milk. Add 5 to 6 ice cubes; Stir with a straw between sips, and enjoy. It's a really good sipping drink for sitting at home and gaming on TF2. My heavy drinking days are long in the past, and coffee is my only real vice I need.

I'm hoping to get prescription medicine, and maybe that's too personal to ask what it is. But when I used amphetamine I took doses equivalent to what you'd give a kid with ADHD.

That is a good stance you've got. It's pretty impressive actually, most people need something.

I no longer drink alcohol and have been sober for over a year at this point, and I don't miss any of it.
No one could ever get me off caffeine, however, I refuse, lol

Hehe, it's so socially accepted. I didn't really think of it as a drug before I came off it, I've been drinking coffee or tea daily for all my adult years... It hasn't been a massive change to get off it in terms of benefits, but I have energy to last through the day easily, and the only reason I needed it was because it fucks up your sleep and you need it to get back to baseline and somewhat above the next morning. I view it as a very insidious drug, and I'm never getting back on it.

Wow! That would've killed you if you kept that up, easily. What did you replace it with and how are you able to get back to just using after being addicted? I never met or even heard about someone like you, seriously, very impressive.

I've only ever been addicted to nicotine, and if I could just go back to using I would... But I'm acting just like an addict as soon as I have the chance... Even if I make it cumbersome to get to it and use that's never a problem, I just get to it no matter the obstacle.

Heh! That's not addictive behavior. I drank coffee once after quitting and I had a headache for two days! Before that I was thinking I could use caffeine as a tool. But I'll just guard my sleep better.

Salvia is a plant, the 5X and beyond might not be natural... But the plant is.

I was actually thinking of making a White Russian but replacing the Kahlua with Baylies... All that milk/cream just hinders you from getting really fucked up though, which is the adult reason to drink. 😉

Herbal teas don't count obviously, it's no caffeine in mint tea.

I don't think salt is that bad, you got to live a really clean life if that's your problem, eating an essential mineral. 😉

As for exercise just make it easy, habit is the solution, doesn't matter how little you do as long as it's consistent... You'll add to it automatically once it is an established habit. Probably the best thing you can do for yourself.

Never drank, smoked, taken any form of drug outside of the ones I need to survive.

Pretty much.

I see drug use as a public health issue, not a criminal or moral issue.

Pornography is our biggest looming issue. We liberated women from western civilisation, taught men that sex was their only value, connected everyone with a delivery mechanism for pornography and then wonder why we are in a mess and there is a rebound to people like Trump.

I'm pro equality, but I think "feminism" made some major mistakes over the last 70 years.

Completely agree. I also think that the outrageous amount of money being spent enforcing it as criminal is a crime, itself!

Decriminalise-tax-profit model imo. Floor removed from BM, resources freed pays for health/social programs, etc.

It has to be better than what we have now. This shit is broken.

What were these mistakes, if I may ask? I'm pro equality too. In fact, I see myself as a feminist, even though I'm a man. Strange, I know. :wtf:
