So all of my games worked and launched completely fine, then I stopped using my Wii for a few weeks. Upon coming back, none of my games would launch. I have reinstalled the cIOS's in d2x many times (said success message), uninstalled/reinstalled the hbc, same for the usb loading apps (usb loader gx, cfg usb loader, wiiflow). I restored a backup of my NAND I made before installing themes (when i believe I only had the hbc and usb loader gx), all to no avail. I'm 90% sure it is not the wbfs games themselves, as they used to work perfectly fine. I assume it could be a case of them getting corrupted, but I don't know how likely that is for all of them to get corrupted (I suppose it's possible nonetheless). I'm just not really sure what to do anymore.
The weird thing is, and this is somewhat speculatory, if I run the game on usb loader gx, it goes and freezes on a black screen. I then reboot the console (holding the power button) and when I go to turn it back on sometimes it turns on fine, and sometimes I have to turn it off and back on again to get it to boot. The speculation part is I'm not sure if this relates to the same issue or if it only happens right after I attempted to run a game. The black screen only happens on usb loader gx. On cfg usb loader there is no black screen, but instead it freezes on the game launch screen where it has the box to the right that says "Booting Game". On wiiflow, it simply says no games are found on the USB Drive (it has always said this however, even when the games did work).
For the black screen on usb loader gx specifically, when the black screen appears my controller also completely turns off, unable to be turned back on. Forcing NTSC as video mode for both the global and specific games did not help either. Nor did forcing different IOS's for both global and per-game, such as 249 and 250.
Homebrew channels/apps live on my SD Card, while the games live on my flash drive. I have a SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0-Flashdrive 128 GB (130 MB/s), which according to the USB Compatibility List, my USB Drive should work perfectly fine.
I have attempted to launch multiple games, not just one, so I know it's not isolated to one game either.
My USB is in the bottom port of my Wii, although I have tried the top port too to no avail. I have also tried booting a game from my SD Card directly, which also did not yield any positive results.
Here is my Syscheck:
Finally, thank you for reading. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. If you need any other information, please ask me and I will do my best to provide it for you.
