This is a mostly direct backport of the English localization from the Nintendo Switch version of the game, released as "Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs The Thrilling Steamy Maze Kiwami" with some minor optimizations/additional translations by me.
This patch is not fully 100% translated into English despite using an English localization's assets to do so, because there are quite a few Japanese lines baked directly into the Assembly DLL that despite my best efforts could not be changed in dnSpy and had to be edited in place, and as such are translated poorly, some aren't translated at all. None of the untranslated strings are particularly profound or groundbreaking but it's still not ideal. I'll keep at it but my hopes aren't particularly high for getting around this.
Your game will need to be on Update 1.02 for this to work properly.
This patch utilizes the excellent AFR plugin for GoldHEN found here by SiSTR0 and jocover. I've included the latest AFR plugin in the 7zip with the translation as well as a plugins.ini file that will enable this patch. If you already have a plugins.ini, don't copy this one over and instead add the following two lines at the bottom of yours:

Installation instructions are pretty straightforward:
1. Extract 7zip to your computer and copy to a USB drive if using PS4Xplorer or connect to PS4 with FTP.
1.5. As noted above, if you don't have a plugins.ini, copy this one over with the rest of the files, otherwise update yours.
2. Copy the data and user folders into your PS4 root directory.
3. Make sure patches are enabled in your GoldHEN settings.
4. Play the game!
