What does it mean for the version of QuickNTP Ultrahand build to be in green? I tried updating the program itself to no effect, and can't find an update button for the overlay in its menu or settings.

means that overlay has not been upgraded to run on the new behaviors of the firmware 20+, the code needs to be build using latest LibNX.

Green simply means it was built with libultrahand.

You can also disable this with the `libultrahand Versions` toggle in the Theme Settings menu. Additionally if you enable the `libultrahand Titles` toggle, the titles get drawn in a different color.

Cool, thanks for the clarification! so is your own branch.
If referring specifically to the version of the overlay the user shared, yeah its one I recompiled. But in general this highlight coloring is any project that is using libultrahand. Some people wanted a way to discern better because of quick combos, themes, bug fixes (like underscan), and other features. Its just an indicator.
