Hi everyone,
I recently updated my Switch Lite (Picofly) to Firmware 21.2.0 and Atmosphere 1.10.2 (Pre-release), and now I'm facing a system-wide issue with LayeredFS (translation patches/mods).

The Issue:
Before the update (on the previous FW/AMS version), I was using the exact same method to install patches, and everything worked flawlessly.
Now, ANY game with a LayeredFS patch crashes immediately on boot with "The software was closed because an error occurred."

• Vanilla games: Work perfectly.
• Patched games: Crash instantly.
• Holding 'L': Disables mods and the game launches fine (proving the game files are intact).

My Setup:

• Device: Switch Lite (Hardmod)
• FW: 21.2.0
• AMS: 1.10.2 / Hekate 6.5.1
• File Transfer: macOS (Note: I used this same Mac workflow before the update without issues).

What I have tried:
  1. Archive Bit Fix: I ran Hekate's "Fix Archive Bit" on the contents folder just in case (since I'm on Mac), but it didn't solve the issue.
  2. Sigpatches: Updated to the latest HATS pack / sys-patch compatible with 21.2.0. Since pirate games work, sigpatches seem active, but patches fail.
  3. Clean Install: Deleted the contents folder and tried installing a fresh patch for a single game (Octopath Traveler). Verified Title ID matches. Still crashes.
  4. Isolation: Disabled all other sysmodules (Tesla, etc.) to rule out RAM issues.

Conclusion:
Since this setup worked perfectly before the update, I suspect something changed in FW 21.2.0 regarding how it handles modified files or LayeredFS, or maybe AMS 1.10.2 has a bug with this specific firmware.
Has anyone else experienced broken game mods/translations on 21.2.0? Is there a new step required for LayeredFS on this firmware?

Thanks.

It is the problem. Ready-made packages like Hats makes it harder to solve. Try latest atm with..
