Hello,

So, my Stoga panda Switch pro controller is having trouble with several of it's buttons and the left joystick. I have tried disconnecting it from my PC, recalibrating the controls in the USB controller settings, and have also tried connecting it to the PC via Bluetooth instead of the usual USB-C. The joystick doesn't look stuck, but it behaves like it is, and some of the other buttons are acting as if they are being pressed as well.

I haven't had this controller very long, and haven't dropped it or anything like that.

Here is a clip showing the Windows controller settings and calibration:

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this issue would be appreciated!

I am sorry to say, but buy another controller or contact the manufacturer (good luck lol). I am a seasoned gamer and I have many many controller. When you go 3rd party you have to come to the realization that it might be connecting but it's not compatible with the OS or the device. There is no use in fighting it, your device was sold for use on a switch so...

Does it work properly on Switch? If so, it may just not be compatible with the PC - some fatjoycon aren't. If you get the same problems on Switch, it might be a hardware issue. You could try opening up the controller and seeing whether there's dirt under the button contact membrane and dirt / damage between the analog stick's carbon track and the wiper contact.

I may have to buy another one. Although, when I bought this one, it specifically said that it works on PC as well. This was also confirmed in the customer reviews. I have actually played game on my PC with this controller.

My PC did recently update. Can updates affect this sort of thing? Perhaps it is something with the drivers? This is the controller:

I think it only works wired on PC, but I was using it wired anyway. I hadn't played using the Bluetooth connection.

I haven't tried it on my Switch, but it has worked with my PC. The problem just started all of a sudden. Is it relatively safe to open the controller and clean?

If it work with bluetooth, I can recommend the wireless 8bit do bluetooth usb adapter 2 it would most likely work with this controller and much easier to setup in games since its seen as xbox controller, I have only tought of that.
