We plan to launch non-budget flashcart in the second half of 2026, and it is still in the very early design stage.

We'll have RTC, Rumble, Gravity, Gyro, Solar...
Omig2D. YeS!

Put all the sensors please, for 3x the price or whatever. I applaud this effort. Ty.

There's a high pitch squeal that comes out of my cart when I'm writing a game to the NOR flash. Is that normal? It's definitely coming from the cart not the speakers.

This is normal and erasing the NOR will cause power fluctuations.
:D It's not from the cart, it's just the speakers getting random fluctuations.

This is why some aging GBA and 02 motherboards cannot use SuperChis, which consumes too much power when erasing.

But when playing games, its power consumption will not be high

Well, I'll take your word for it. It sounds like it's coming from the cart though. It doesn't sound any lower if I cover the speaker either. Lol. It works fine though.

Maybe the sound comes from the GBA's inductor? Or maybe both. The components used on the SuperChis make it difficult to make noise, in theory.

Im so glad theres a potential alternative to a EZFLash Omega, really hope a Mode B (and hardy switch design) is in the works!
Was always put off from buying those things...

Me too, Mode B, rumble, solar, rtc and gyro will make those other expensive flash cards go to bankrupt. I'll be the first to buy that and review it on my YT channel.

I cant find the gerber and bom files to superchis 1.0 to make my own with the sd card reader, have link guys?

Hi, I can't find much information about FRAM version https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005011635936886.html or https://es.aliexpress.com/item/1005011934272679.html of this flashcard. Do you think it will work fine? It seems like FRAM version doesn't have battery so I gess RTC will not be compatible.
I have the FRAM version from the first post. It seems to work exactly like the SRAM version just without a battery.
Neither the SRAM nor the FRAM version have a RTC. Both have a workaround with the emulated RTC, but it's only a workaround.

It would be cool if solar, rumble and gyro would work in Mode B. Then Boktai could read the solar and homebrew or tony hawks motion could use gyro. I wonder if the Everdrive GBA pro supports the sensors for DS mode.
