Sysmodules are in your SD card under SD:/atmosphere/contents I think
There will be a folder of lots of title IDs (each one being a sysmodule), there are a few that come with atmosphere; those you don't want to disable. I don't know which ones are what but I think there is also some Tesla overlay to disable them more easily (without moving any files).

The easiest I would say is to backup your current contents folder to your PC, then download atmosphere and copy only atmosphere's sysmodules to your SD card.
Then check if Luna works. Your screenshot looks okay.

If you want, you can text me on Discord and we look over it again? I can't really tell what's going on with your switch, but I could build you a custom Luna App to figure out what is going wrong :(
 
Hello guys, sorry to bother.

I'm new to this tool, I'm trying to come back to the game, I've completed my map on version 1.0 or 2.0, but lost my console with my save on it.

Is there any riskless way to recover a 100% campaing with a decent island to star over? I have a modded NS Lite and a NS2, the idea would be to play on my S2 since a few friends came back to the game.

There should be any issue using another person save

No entendi bien, no deberia o habria problema usar el save de otra persona? Veo que algunos mapas de aqui de islas del tesoro tienen save, no se si sea buena idea usar uno de esos, cambiar el nombre del villager al mio. Gracias y que pena la molestia!

No te apures, no hay problemas en usar save de otra persona, yo personalmente prefiero solo compartir el archivo del mapa, solo es cambiar el acres.nhl y listo.
Pero puedes usar la partida de otra persona y cambiarle nombres sin problemas
