After applying the TagNX patch in Minecraft Dungeons (ver. 1.17.0.0), missions can no longer be started. Additionally, due to technical issues, The Tower cannot be started either.

Unfortunately, tagNX for Minecraft stopped working after I updated my system to version 21.2.0.
Minecraft version is 1.26.0
I have tested and can confirm the most recent tagnx files for Minecraft work on the latest version. I tested joining a friend's world from the social panel, having a friend join a world on the switch, as well as connected to the galaxite official server and an external personal server using bedrock connect. All worked without issue for me.I want to update but don't want to lose access.

I'm including Minecraft here as well so it doesn't get lost lol

Thanks for confirming. I'll test before I update, as I'm running my own server and joining with 5-6 switches, that's my only concern.I have tested and can confirm the most recent tagnx files for Minecraft work on the latest version. Minecraft ver: 1.26.2
HOS: 21.2.0
AMS: 1.10.2
I'm quoting the post from @YoshiCrystal with the files that worked for me, they are the same ones from 1.21.123![]()

Do you have a linked Nintendo account with linkalho? It is necessary to avoid that crash.Minecraft v1.26.2 is not working for me with the latest patches it's crashing on launch

I had issues when I first updated to 1.21.130 and had to reinstall the game entirely to fix it, likely just a bad update install in my case, but sometimes an undo and restart of the entire process is needed, but once I got tagnx set up properly it's been consistently working on each game update... I already had linkalho set up tho so I would try that first!!Thanks for confirming. I'll test before I update, as I'm running my own server and joining with 5-6 switches, that's my only concern.

tried everything and it's unfortunately still crashing like I see the Nintendo logo for a split sec then the game crashes and I'm just on the screen that says (The software was closed because an error occurred.) the game launches and works fine without tagnx installed it's only when it's installed that this happensAs @Rob Barper had mentioned try using linkalho to link a fake account first, that may fix it. It usually errors shortly after launch (likely attempting to sign in to a Nintendo account) but that popup should be dismissable and then it should let you sign in with a Microsoft account and proceed as normal.
If it still doesn't work after setting up linkalho you could try deleting tagnx from your switch SD, redownload, and set it up completely fresh again?? Or if needed delete/reinstall minecraftI had issues when I first updated to 1.21.130 and had to reinstall the game entirely to fix it, likely just a bad update install in my case, but sometimes an undo and restart of the entire process is needed, but once I got tagnx set up properly it's been consistently working on each game update... This is the way!! I find multiplayer works best on a dedicated server (extra stable if over LAN). Playing multiplayer locally from a one switch on another switch is dreadfully painful with things not working right or rendering at all hardly. It's always been bad on switch. Using a server is a much better experience... and I can use my switch to test console compatibility with tagnx, I can test PC bedrock and Java using moonlight, and I'll test the mobile version using Android all without grabbing another device... I could even use Android on switch to download the server updates, SMB or FTP them over to my server, then use ssh to reboot it if I wanted!! (switch homebrew is so cool) Anyways, I typically don't have any new issues arise when updating the server so if yours can handle 5 switches now an update shouldn't effect that and I truthfully don't think tagnx makes any real difference compared to an official switch as far as connectivity goes
Also, unrelated to Minecraft, but I tested the latest Fall Guys files and got a repeat crash to home when it begins loading after passing the start screen. Not sure if it matters but I've never signed into an Epic account on this switch before. Game version was 21.2.0.

that fixed it thank you! I thought I was on the latest tagnx files but apparently I wasn'tThis sounds like the error you get when using the old tagnx files. Are you sure you are using the fixed files by @YoshiCrystal for version 1.21.123? This version should work up to the recent 1.26.3 release.
I would delete the entire 0100d71004694000 folder in atmosphere/contents and try again with the files from the fixed zip found here:

Fall guys appears to be broken again it loads and I get to the screen where you hit start to continue and then the games crashesFixed Among Us and Fall Guys, I'm including Minecraft here as well so it doesn't get lost lol

We play over LAN, super stable. I also created a free account on playit.gg and the access over internet is also surprisingly well. As I said before, joining worlds served directly from a switch may let you join once, then it will always fail, but that single connection will be terrible. Use TagNX with Minecraft only to join a dedicated server, otherwise just play on mobile, console or PC.As @Rob Barper had mentioned try using linkalho to link a fake account first, that may fix it. It usually errors shortly after launch (likely attempting to sign in to a Nintendo account) but that popup should be dismissable and then it should let you sign in with a Microsoft account and proceed as normal.

Correct on the crossplay games bit, tagNX essentially intercepts login requests and modifies them so it looks like they're coming from another platform.

Depends on which patch you're talking about. Generally the simpler the patch, the less the chance it will break on an update. I haven't hardcoded offsets for any of these, so they should at least have a chance of working on an updated version. The reason I say to be on the latest is cuz 99% of MP games only work on latest.
if someone could fix among us it would be very cool i have the newest version nspThis is so cool you are genuinely a cool human bro god bless u brother. Making an account to tell u how cool you are
