Gaming Are there any games where the Switch 2 upgrade doesn't need the Switch 1 cartridge inserted?

I feel like I heard about this happening for Terf Simulator (Hogwarts Legacy), just wondered if there are others. Obv would be a huge bonus if the upgrade was free, but even a paid upgrade could be a cheap way to get the game if you eg. rent the Switch 1 cart long enough to install the upgrade.

Any fun loopholes?

idk tbh and i dont trust nintendo enough to fuck around and find out. those mfs will brick your console if you looked at it the wrong way

I have a Switch 2 and admittedly it has its flaws, but it's a great upgrade over the original. They're not going to ban you for no reason, that's fear mongering.

I've got two Switch OLED consoles and thought I'd play on them instead, though due to the boost in performance Switch 1 games have on Switch 2 I just play them on my TV. I'll wait for the Switch 2 OLED.
