dynamic fps mod can be unlocked in any emulator.
How to install the mods:
Yuzu/Eden/Citron - Right click the game and select "Open Mod Data Location" and extract the .zip there
Ryujinx/Ryubing/Kenji - Right click the game and select "Open Mods Directory" and extract the .zip there
Switch - download switch version of the mod and put the files on atmosphere/exefs_patches/*MOD NAME*/xxx.ips

(Before you ask, there's a bug where the docked mode doesn't run at 60fps. I'm still investigating this. You can use the Tesla Menu to switch your Switch's mode to portable mode when it's docked to the TV, and enjoy the mod.)
