It's just like Venezuela. On the surface, it's a good thing they went in to remove the dictator. Then they go and steal the oil and openly brag about how much money they've made from the theft.

I'm always for an autocratic government being overthrown and removing religious zealotry from decision making. We've all seen the pictures of Iran in the 70's, and it looked amazing.

But Israel won't allow Iran to EVER form a government once the Ayatollah is ousted. They want a failed state for them to create a greater Israel state. They've been very open about that. Of course, Trump is all for it because Israel has blackmail material on him.
The photos you see from Iran in the 70s were just snapshots of the elites in Tehran

There is a reason why many Iranians did not like the shah - most were conservative Muslims who did not agree with "modernization"

Imagine being Putin right now, and seeing what the US did in Venezuela and Iran and then thinking about your "special military operation". How many years has he been stuck in Ukraine? lol and the US doesn't even border any of these countries.

More like time to activate all sleeper cells in the US I fear, FBI and CIA have never been more useless than they are now.
Hopefully I don't become a victim of terrorist attack in the US. :(

Get Ali Khamenei out is most beautiful news but I'm too skeptical about future of Iran because get rid of Ali Khamenei won't dismantle the entire of regime in Iran.

If Israel and US want regime change, they would have to invade Iran that is akin to Iraq and it would be very costly.

Exactly, he was 87. It's not like there wasn't already a plan of succession in place. There is no benefit to the US in starting this war, and if the plan was to put someone in power who's friendly to Israel, bombing a girls elementary school dropped the odds of finding that someone to nearly zero.

Last edited by Xzi,
May the people he executed a few weeks ago get their revenge on the Ayatollah! Also, Iran and Venezuela probably spooked Putin quite a bit. lol

Also, CCP big mad, 90% of Iran's oil exports goes to China. lol

Have to admit I've not paid attention thus far. Yes, against better judgment, but I've got better things to do than try to follow every episode of this soap opera.

So... War in Iran. Am i correct that the pretense is about the nuclear program that iran refuses to give up? And am I equally correct on using the word 'pretense'?

But...the Fifa peace prize?
That trinket is just the equivalent of stars in kindergarten: "being awarded for not throwing a major tantrum this far". It's not worth the metal it's made from.

So Khameini is killed. Because obviously kidnapping leaders you don't like wasn't the worst you could do. And in at most a couple years you'll see revenge actions and you'll pretend to not be guilty.

We can only hope they're targeting Trump golf courses. By that time it'll be the only thing in the US that'll still be worth something.

Edit: right... Forgot to share this:

A show of hands: who shares Vance's opinion that Trump is more careful regarding foreign interventions than W Bush?

So the party of "release the epstein files" and "no more wars" was, in fact, fhe party of the opposite.
Just a party of hypocrites.
Family values? Nope (Epstein)
Law? Nope (ICE breaks more laws than it follows)
Order? Nope (deadlines missed, congress kept in the dark, Trump going against advisors,...)
Economy? Never was

Forgot a couple:
Party of fiscal responsibility? Brought the debt up an extra trillion in 100 days! LOL!
Party of the constitution? LOL!!!!
Promises to lower costs and inflation? Much more out of control than when Biden left.

They're the party of crime and greed.
