Added a new variant that remembers the last HP address.
  • Without pressing the button: sets the last HP address to 200.
  • While pressing the button: sets all HP values to 200.
Usage:
Enable the cheat → press the button → take a hit → release the button.
Your HP will then stay locked at 200.

Note: If the cheat accidentally remembers an enemy’s HP, press the button and take a hit again so it records your HP instead.

I tried this but, when I press ZL nothing happens and you'd still die from hits, and if I keep pressing ZL multiple times the game crashes.

These two are the easiest DIY. Money reset to 0 when you restart a run but these are search, change, search then hack once and rich for life.

HP / MP is set for both enemies AND player, so when you use it, it sets your HP to 200 (when hit), and it's the same for enemies / boss.

Since the boss original HP is much more than that, it's like you did a lot of damage in one hit, since it sets it to that number.

I realized this now after more experimentation. It would be cool to isolate your hp instead of all hp. Good stuff! Hopefully some more soon!

Alternative to getting hit is exit this menu with ZL pressed

The latest code save you the trouble of minding your hp. Get hit once and don't press ZL then your hp will stay at 200. In the final battle you may need to switch to the older version where letting go of the button means hp can decrease.

Button code is not made to be emulator compatible. The latest will work on mana since only hp is using button.
