Just use save editor, use mh4u encrypter (whatever the name), drag ur save file to decrypt file, open save editor, load that decrypted file, edit it how much you want, save it, drag decrypted to encrypt file, overwrite the original save file, put it back to your save file folder

find items under custom quest values
and then replace the charm id with the rustshard id
I have a previous post explaining how somewhere in this thread


I think I'll make a plugin specifically for editing inventory stuff so people don't have to use save editors

U know where MH4U save file right? In folder 0004000/126300/data (if u use emulator especially citra) where ur save file located, there are user files (user1, user2 or user3) and system. The 'user' one is your save file that can be edit in save editor. Is it what you mean?

Usually i use save editor but False_Hope said there's another way to do that.

It'll just be memory editing with a ui for ease of use so it should work

elaborate please, objects could be literally anything from monsters to items

Hello, OP I have a few questions regarding MH4u (USA).
1. Is it possible to have a code that lets you always have purple sharpness?(even on weapons that don't have purple sharpness)
2. When I was save editing and messing with relic weapons, i noticed there were hex values for weapons with "forbidden" stats. But I wouldn't be able to accept any quest. I would get the message "Cannot accept this quest data". Is there a way to bypass this and accept any quest?

oh yeah, definitely
sharpness is super easy, the other would take a bit to figure out, but if you do you could also make custom guild quests

Another question. Is it possible to have make wystone effects last forever? For example, I use a Wystone Drive, and it just lasts for the rest of the hunt?

100% yeah. I would have done that already but I got a sigtrap error so I need to search for a bool in order to make it and that is tedious
