Can You Safely Update Games on the MIG Switch Without Getting Banned?

Thats funny.
Nintendo waited to ban me until the last hour of Splatoon 2's FinalFest. I was so pissed that I got banned within the last hour. Took about 4 months from the time I accidentally booted into SX OS with my Wi-Fi on, until they banned me. That's literally all it took for me to get banned.
 
You have to have 2 switch method

The first switch connect to the Internet
Never start a game or launch the game with mig card

I have 2 switch oled Both of them is update to the latest system version

Both of the oled none of them is ban
I just recently got 1 mig switch card

On one of the oled switch I did a factory resetting this is the one using the mig switch card and all way airplane mode

on the other oled switch is stock Original away online never START THE GAME OR LAUNCH THE GAME with mig switch card

on the oled switch is stock Original away online
Put in the mig switch card navigate though all the game let the game show up on the screen then eject the mig switch card
Pick what game do you want to update
I mean navigate to what game you want to update

Now is very very important
DO NOT START THE GAME DO NOT LAUNCH THE GAME

tab on the + right Controller or joy con
You will see a menu pop up
Select software update
Select Via the internet
Checking for update
Let it do it thing
If there is an update
You will see downloading
Once you have complete download the updated On the game your just updated

tab on the + right Controller or joy con
You will see a menu pop up
Select software update
Select match version with local user
Next
Create group
This meaning you will be the host

On the switch that use mig switch card and always airplane mode

Tab n hold on the home button
right Controller or joy con
You will see a menu pop up
Turn off the airplane mode off

On the home screen
Pick the same game that you want to update
I mean navigate to the same game that you want
to update

tab on the + right Controller or joy con
You will see a menu pop up
Select software update
Select match version with local user
Next
Join group
Please select a group
You will see the other switch host
Tab on them to join them
Now on the host switch
Tap on the start communication
This will
Sending software update data.….
Updating software...
Version matching complete.

Free up space
Extra step after the update

on the oled switch is stock Original away online

On the Home Scream
Pick what game do you want to delete
I mean navigate to what game you want to delete
tab on the + right Controller or joy con
You will see a menu pop up
Select manage software
Delete software

Extra step once after the update remember to put back the airplane mode on the switch that is using the mig switch card

Not ban yet test many times
update many games
