PS4 keeps crashing when trying to run exploit

Hi. I just got one of those P4-tool devices. I set it up properly and connected it to my PS4, but when I try to run the exploit, it crashed every time. It does say that it obtained the IP address and it will flash that it can't find the network once or twice (which it's supposed to) but it crashed and shuts down every time. I have had this issue occaisionally when running the exploit online with my own usb, but not every time.
I figured it'd be easier using this device so I don't need to go online every time and use the usb.
Any advice? Why would my Ps4 keep doing that?
 
I'm not sure about the crashing, but whatever method you use I would use rest mode when you're done with the PS4 instead of shutting it down, then you don't have to do the exploit again until you shut it down (or it has a random crash).

I think those ps4 devices are setup for v11.00 you have to plug it into your pc and run software to change it to 9.00 or buy the v2 it has a switch for 11.00 and 9.00 im ordering one today. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...NP0zhZ70&utparam-url=scene:search|query_from:

Thx but I did that (converted it to 9:00). I'm not sure I want to spend more on another one if I can't identify the problem I'm having
