I've played over 15 hours and the game is actually brilliant in places, for a star wars fan to explore Jabba's palace and see Han Solo frozen in carbonite is just insane to me does anyonew else feel the same? I'm glad i decided to ignore the review bomb's and anti ubisoft hate.

Anyone wanting to see this game in all it's glory should try unlocking max settings.
Unlocked by adding “-unlockmaxsettings” as a start parameter in the Ubisoft Launcher.
This makes the game look amazing as long as you can run it.

Everybody always hates on Ubisoft games no matter, yes some games deserve that, but not all. Today there was an update released for Outlaws with over 100 bug "fixes". Overall I personally have not experienced any bugs yet, and I must say, other high rated games have released with way more bugs than this. Everybody's taste are different, but I am happy I bought it and think my money was worth it.
Imma be real with you, if a game needs 100 bug fixes, it shouldn’t have been released at full price. That right there is why Ubisoft games are shit.

You don't need to be real with me lol. I know games have bugs when they get released it only bothers me when they don't get patched for a long time... but Ubisoft has done everything possible to make this game better. Anyone commenting should really give it a try instead of watching youtube video's running on sub standard pc's for reviews ;) My overall experience of this game is great all i'm doing is giving people my point of view and not hating a game/developer because it's the "in thing" ATM

If this was a 20$ or 30$ game, that amount of bugs at launch would be acceptable. But it’s not, it’s a AAA game made by a massive company charging this much

Equity, my opinion on Ubisoft isn’t based on YouTuber’s opinions, it’s based on the long history of trash, unfun, repetitive, and unfinished games. I was a fan of Ubisoft games until they started driving them into the dirt with yearly releases and up charges. I don’t have 70$ just for BASE game, let alone 110$ for the full season pass. That’s fucking ridiculous and only made worse knowing their games are so buggy that they need 100 bug fixes. That’s straight up unacceptable for a game that has the balls to cost me 70$. This game could be great but they can eat my entire ass if they think I will pay that much to beta test them.

I'll pick it up when there's a mod that replace,........Kay (?) or whatever her name is with Jar Jar. :creep:
Also when it's 50% off like all Ubi games after awhile.

It just amazes me that people pay for games like fifa and COD yearly with ever increasing prices and the games have bugs but no-one gives those type of games the hate that Outlaws is getting. It's nowhere near the mess that Cyberpunk was on release. I nearly brought into the whole review bombing bullcr*p but decided to give it a go because i'm a Star Wars fan. I'm so glad i did the game looks amazing it has everything a Star Wars fan would want from an open world game. I have'nt experienced any of the game breaking glitches that are all over youtube the AI works and game mechanics are fine all textures load fast and playing as a girl does'nt bother me like some people are complaining about :) . I agree that no game is worth £120 but the standard game is £70 and that's the going rate of today's game market on any platform.

I think some of the hate for this has come from people expecting GTA: Star Wars. Personally I’ve been having a good time with it. They did a great job capturing the Star Wars aesthetic, I like the characters, and it looks nice. The game part is serviceable to good, which is enough for me given they got those other things right. The bugs I've run into have mostly just made me laugh (e.g. calling the speeder and having it ram full-speed into me) and the stealth sections have been fine (I don't get what the complaints are).

They really screwed over the early access crowd though. I honestly can't believe they had to release a patch that broke people's save games. I also ran into issues with the ubisoft launcher, where it refused to log me in (there were a few people affected by this, error code: dolphin-028) and by the time it was fixed my ubi+ subscription expired. I'll probably buy it when the steam version gets discounted, but until then there's a lot of other games out there to play.

Reading the leaks from Insider Gaming, I really hope the delay of AC Shadows is a sign that ubi will stop rushing software to market and start listening to their teams.

From what i can see the game was fighting a loosing battle before it got released with people hating ubisoft for whatever reason. There is some minor AI flaws but nothing more than any other open world game and with the latest patch its a lot better.
Yeah, Ubisoft tends to be the "baddies" when the higher up at their company literally says "gamers need to get 'comfortable' not owning their games". Ubisoft deserves all the hate, as they brought it on them self.

I do actually like most of these big budget Ubisoft roaming games. They lack a little bit of the soul of games like GTA or RDR, but I'm sure they lack most of the budget too. I'll play Outlaws happily when it is 25% of RRP or when it is in Gamepass.

id say this game could be decent but isnt great when it could have been. way too many controlled issues to limit the fun.

you cant even shoot while driving ur speeder because ubisoft wouldnt allow it. its built on alot of anti-fun tactics. irregardless of review bomb this game isnt going to overexcite many. if ur a hardcore star wars fan the graphics and world might draw you in but thats about it.

In before the "Woke Solo" comments.
I prefer Ma'am Solo.

It's a lot better than people give it credit for. Anyone trying to play it on a potatoe isnt going to have a good experienc but with the correct hardware or ps5/series x the game looks really good
Sure, when it's like 95% off.
