    Yeah i do it all the time, just gotta be careful First boot into sysNAND and turn on airplane mode, then boot into Atmosphere SysNAND and ONLY open checkpoint, and dump the save Then Boot into emunand ,restore the save with checkpoint, boot the game, modify the save or whatever and export it...

    No issues should arise, just start the game and create a save on the console, then replace that save and reinject, should be good to go I do it all the time
