    Did DSpico do propler sleep mode? For many R4 clones this is issue, and instead of proper sleep id does endless turn on/off screen.

    This is Key-Card because game made by Koei Tecmo. It's not Nintendo+Pokemon/GameFreak colalboration, but Nintendo+Pokemon/Gamefreak+KoeiTecmo. That means everyoen getting only part of this pie, and KT is one of them. And I'm sure they don't want to spend part of their potentially earned money on...

    Since when? Even Sega patented game mechanics (direction arrow from Crazy Taxi for example). And Sega ceased SoRR and other fan games aside Sonic fan games.
