    hopefully they expand on this when themes and vc exist? seems like they just want to offer the discounts you could buy on mynintendo for 3ds/wii u through the eshop itself, basically, though the discount will vary based on your gold coins. i don't know if i like it yet.

    so i haven't been using my new 3dsxl since the 10th of march, and im not banned. it's using a9lh and luma, was on 11.2. if i'm due to be banned it hasn't happened yet. i disabled spotpass data sharing before i went online to check today and then updated to 11.4 because it nagged on the friend...
