    There are other emulators on homebrew other Gameboy variations. Also you don't have to be on 11.4 on n3ds to get homebrew where did you get that idea? edit: in green

    Your payload information doesn't help because those are your homebrew payloads but anyways you have to stick to CHMM2 until this gets more stable so it can load tons of themes

    How many themes do you have? If you have over 17 it will crash (as of now hopefully it gets fixed soon

    Do you have pokemon bank? I'm pretty sure you need pokemon bank or something but what I would do is look at a fairly recent guide on how to use PKHex

    Yea exactly this ^ After shuffling and the theme downloader get added they could make a splashscreen downloader It should be easy since they would already have most of the code with the theme downloader just change a few things in the code
